Product Support and Training

All CERTEK products are shipped with fully illustrated, easy to understand operating manuals. In addition, CERTEK personnel are available at 800-542-4701 to answer any additional questions.

Modular Laboratory Training

CERTEK Modular Containment Laboratory customers are asked to send all those responsible for operating the laboratory to the CERTEK factory for training on the proper functioning of the equipment. This typically includes laboratory managers and technicians, as well as HVAC technicians.

Modular Laboratory customers are also asked to provide a telephone line into the mechanical room for connection to a modem supplied with the laboratory. By dialing into this number, CERTEK can monitor the performance of the laboratory as presently configured, as well as examine the operation for the last 30 calendar days. If necessary, CERTEK can alter the control program to address changes that may be required.

CERTEK has developed an optional Modular Unit Management System (MUMS) that may be used to completely automate your Laboratory operation and biosecurity. The monitor(s) for this system may be operated remotely if desired.
